Administrative Office Assistant

North Shore residential service provider hiring part-time Office Assistant to start immediately
Must be proficient in Quick Books, Excel and Word, with strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail
Responsibilities will include, invoicing, data entry, mail preparation, spreadsheet management and light cleaning/organization
Our office is conveniently located two blocks from Metra in the Near North Suburbs
Flexible daytime hours
15 to 30 Hours per week
Starting at $18 - $20 per hour
401k and Profit Sharing plans

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
