Take pride in helping Customers stay fit as you help them reach their goals by outfitting them in the best footwear
Demonstrate a willingness to apply sales and service skills to ensure a WOW experience that ensures every Customer with us again and refers Road Runner Sports to family and friends
Have reliable transportation to commute between two stores in Wilmette (near North Shore) & Kildeer (near Deer Park)
Have flexible availability including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends - whatever it takes to best serve the needs of our Customers. ( Weekend availability is required if you want to maximize your bonus potential )
Strive to be a part of a casual, fun, high-energy, family oriented type of atmosphere
Contribute to strong company culture
Bring a minimum of 2 years work experience. Customer service and/or sales experience is a plus!
