CST Academy is seeking exceptional classroom assistants for their multidisciplinary therapeutic preschool program.
CST Academy is a top therapeutic program in Chicago for children ages 2-6 years old.
Classroom assistants have the opportunity to build clinical skills to work with children with autism, speech and language delays, sensory processing disorder, and other disorders, as they work alongside top pediatric speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, behavior analysts, and behavior therapists.
Classroom assistants will be trained in ABA therapy and have the opportunity to lead their own sessions.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Planning for and providing support in our classroom Interacting and supporting lead clinicians who oversee the program Providing behavioral therapy Assisting with the overall operation of the practice REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills and great references.
Other necessary skills and attributes include:
Openness to working with children of all ages A passion for working with children The ability to connect with children and parents Exceptional written and oral communication skills Creativity and flexibility Job Types:
