Our Studio Assistant performs the important role of supporting our design, production, and operations teams, helping to improve processes and ensure the best possible experience for our clients, and vendor relations.
This unique, part-time opportunity is ideal for a savvy design enthusiast with at least three years of professional work experience.
If you're a quick study who is organized, efficient and attentive to detail, you'll excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities As de Giulio's brand ambassador, be the first point of contact, handle calls, welcome visitors, interact with clients, design professionals, and vendors Manage sample/materials library inventory Prepare PowerPoint presentations for design meetings Work on multiple opportunities and tasks simultaneously while comfortably integrating new work as needed Perform duties in a professional manner, demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, and solid judgment
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred 3
years professional work experience Strong time management and written/verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Attention to detail, always striving to produce the best quality work Part-time - Flexible schedule (Generally M-F, 9am to 3pm) Studio hours:
Monday to Friday from 8:
00am - 5:
