Service Team Member
DescriptionFajita Pete's is hiring immediately for Service Team Members to join our team! Part-time and full-time positions are available.
The position participates in the store tip pool, which typically adds an additional $3/hr-$4/hr to your pay rate!A Service Team Member enthusiastically greets customers and takes their orders both over the phone and from those who walk in.
Their main duties include taking customer orders and payments, assisting with assembling orders and ensuring order accuracyService Team Member Duties and ResponsibilitiesA Service Team Member's important responsibilities include:
Using good tact, good manners and mature judgement in dealing with guests in all situationsGetting familiar with and operate all equipment required to perform job dutiesHaving a working knowledge and service of menu itemsServing customers kindly and promptlyTaking new walk-in and phone orders as well as paymentsAssisting in food preparation - chips, tortillas, salads, beverages, dessertsEnsuring order accuracy before the order leaves the storeLifting items up to 50lbs on occasionMaintaining a high standard of cleanliness in FOH and restroomDeveloping and maintaining high ticket average (up-selling)Satisfying guest complaints promptly and politelyPerforming any other duties as assigned by managementBenefits of working as a Service Team Member at Fajita Pete's No late nights - Finish work by 8:
